While you've been busy caring for everyone around you - wearing masks, scrubbing hands, staying home - have you been taking care of yourself? My all-time favourite pick-me-up to promote self care is our Seaweed Detox Bath. I use this product when I feel a cold coming on; it's like the body version of oil of oregano; it helps to reset the body and ease cold symptoms, and it's packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals - so it works best when you get the steam going.
